I subscribe to the Daily Beast and have been unable to read anything for two days. I have called two different numbers, and they both cut me off.

Wow - this makes me have doubts about the entire publication. Suddenly I can't log in and it shows 'no subscription' - yet I am set to renew in two months.

There is no way to talk to a human. Reading these other complaints, I think I will just not renew my subscription.

After paying twice for a subscription, I am unable to get any communication from Customer Service about a partial refund or anything else. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am sorry I ever started reading their stories and even though I have paid twice, unless I hear from them, I will stop reading their stuff and rate them as negative as possible.

I went through many attempts to reach out regarding my ignored cancellation, only to have my phone call answered at 1:00 pm PST with woman stating, Good morning! There was no one on the line, and I will try once again to cancel my subscription for which Id already canceled the subscription before being charged $49.99 on Jan 3,2026.

I have spent 2 days and several hours trying to cancel the Daily Beast subscription to no avail. Three AI-generated responses, totally worthless.

Content is not great due to multiple ads in addition to interruptions.

It's a shame that this new outlet can't do a better job. Very disappointed in this journalism.

I went from 100 pounds to 255 pounds. Lol, now I have to go on meds to lose it, really I do. I have a lot of health issues. I just finished surgery on both my feet, my arm, and now my back for my toe, and then we're looking to do my bladder and back surgery.

My wrists can wait; that's simple. But everything kept me from being mobile, and I'm looking for help to furnish my first home. It's just little, but I had nothing. I'm using other people's stuff.

Some help to get food stocked up in my fridge and have enough to go shopping for some furniture, used of course, and some clothes.

I seen you helping others on the game show, but I can't do the games because of my health. But if you could help me, I'd be the luckiest gal around with your help.

Tried to log in and went through a bunch of page changes and failed code entries, it appeared to finally log in on the 4th time, but the comments section disappeared and it showed me as not logged in.
