I mistakenly signed up for the 1 Dollar for one month promotion and did not realize I was also signing for 3.99 per month to be taken out of the same card. I just want 2 months restored charges. A recent article popped up in my thread, and even though I should be used to the constant stream of willfully ignorant opinions being peddled as fact, this one was surprisingly "extra", considering the massive amount of hard data that has been published. They took a "nothing" and sensationalized it to make it seem like the sky was falling. Go somewhere else for your news.

Very bad service from day one. And you can’t contact anyone for assistance.

We have automatic withdrawals as payment but it said our service has expired and we are getting no service. Even when we were getting service, movies would freeze up, volume would shut off, often you turn to a channel that said a movie was playing and it would be something different.

I had trouble finding out how to cancel subscription. I do not expect a refund, but do not renew when the when the current subscription expires. I hop my data has this information. Your website is one of the most difficult sites I have ever tried to use. Hope you find ways to make it better.
